Sculpt Haus began with Rachelle and Desiree — two lifelong friends who have been in each other's corner for more than 30 years. Between them, they bring corporate strategy, legal precision, and a shared commitment to making every woman feel seen and cared for. They built Sculpt Haus to be more than a studio — a community.

Desiree Ragusa
Co-Founder · Legal
An accomplished lawyer whose career began in 2004 in general practice, guiding clients through life's most important moments before transitioning into corporate law, where she advises businesses with professionalism, integrity, and strategic insight. She is known for a thoughtful approach, careful attention to detail, and a dedication to the best possible outcome. Outside the studio, she is a devoted wife and proud mother of two — and she loves traveling, getting lost in a good book, and her beloved cats.
Rachelle Yiannaki
Co-Founder · Corporate Controller
A seasoned accounting professional with more than 30 years in accounting and finance. She began her career at a CPA firm — five years of financial reporting, tax, and accounting principles — before moving into corporate accounting, and she now serves as a Corporate Controller overseeing financial operations, reporting, budgeting, internal controls, and strategic financial planning. She is known for her integrity, attention to detail, and analytical mindset. Outside the studio, she is a devoted wife and proud mother of three daughters, and she enjoys traveling, reading, and creating lasting memories.
